Operated by Tel Aviv Medical Center’s top specialists and backed by the municipality, Ogen provides comprehensive services across all life stages—from adolescent support to geriatric care, transgender medicine, mental health, and more. Your donation helps expand these services, train clinical champions, and ensure access for vulnerable, uninsured individuals. Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division Expansion
Dana-Dwek Children's Hospital is creating a dedicated ambulatory emergency service for children with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions. This specialized facility features child-friendly examination rooms, treatment areas, and observation beds designed specifically for pediatric patients. The expansion will significantly reduce waiting times, provide age-appropriate care in a less stressful environment, and improve clinical outcomes through specialized pediatric emergency services, recognizing that children require unique approaches to their diverse needs.
Renovation of Internal Medicine Wards
The Division of Internal Medicine - the busiest wards in the hospital - is transforming its physical environment to match the excellence of care provided. The renovation includes enhanced patient rooms with private bathrooms; upgraded clinical areas with improved nursing stations; technological improvements for better patient monitoring; and, dedicated spaces for family involvement. These renovations will significantly improve patient experience, infection control, staff workflow efficiency, and create an enhanced teaching environment for medical education.
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department: High Risk Pregnancy
The Division of High-Risk Obstetrics at Lis Maternity and Women's Hospital is undergoing renovation and expansion to provide a supportive, comfortable environment for expectant mothers requiring extended hospitalization. The project will increase capacity to 32 beds, including private rooms and enhanced care facilities, creating hotel-style accommodations with private bathrooms and dedicated spaces for alternative therapies. This transformation will significantly improve patient comfort, medical monitoring, and psychological well-being during this critical time.
Advanced Medical Equipment Acquisition
Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center is enhancing diagnostic capabilities and treatment outcomes through cutting-edge technologies, including an Intraoperative MRI for neurosurgery and the revolutionary Siemens Photon Counting CT scanner. These advancements will significantly reduce follow-up surgeries, decrease radiation exposure, improve visualization of fine anatomical details, and enhance research capabilities in neuroimaging and cancer detection, maintaining our position as a leading medical institution in Israel and the region.
